Craft Beer in Poland
Origins of beer in Poland are closely associated with Grodziskie style, a wheat beer smoked with oak original from the city of Grodzisk. After the WWII most breweries were nationalized, and after the fall of communism the market narrowed being now controlled by 3 big companies being now the third largest producer in Europe after Germany and the UK. Craft beer didn't take off in Poland until 2011, with the foundation of Pinta brewery, but since then several top breweries have taken the scene, as Browar Stu Mostów, Artezan or Kormoran.

Browar Stu Mostów
Browar Stu Mostów is a Polish brewery founded in 2012 by Arletta and Grzegorz Ziemian. Its name translates as the brewery of one hundred bridges, as their brewery is located in the city of Wrocław, known for its bridges. Wrocław had a strong brewing tradition in the past, that was lost completely with the closing in 2004 of the remains of Piastowski and Mieszczałski brewery.
They have three distinct sub-brands for their beers, the Salamander focused in cutting-edge recipes, the WRCLW focused in revisiting traditional recipes, and the ART, used for collabs with other breweries.

Nepomucen
Browar Nepomucen is a craft brewer founded by Piotr and Mariusz Musielak. It is located in a restored 100-year-old bakery in Szkaradowo (Poland), and it focuses both in traditional Polish and international craft beer styles.
