Brasserie des Blaugies is a family brewery founded in Blaugies (Belgium) in 1988 by Pierre-Alex Carlier and Marie Noelle Pourtois and has belonged to the family until today. They also have a restaurant called Le Fourquet next to the brewery. They are specialized in saison style beers.
