Browar Stu Mostów
Browar Stu Mostów about
Browar Stu Mostów is a Polish brewery founded in 2012 by Arletta and Grzegorz Ziemian. Its name translates as the brewery of one hundred bridges, as their brewery is located in the city of Wrocław, known for its bridges. Wrocław had a strong brewing tradition in the past, that was lost completely with the closing in 2004 of the remains of Piastowski and Mieszczałski brewery.
They have three distinct sub-brands for their beers, the Salamander focused in cutting-edge recipes, the WRCLW focused in revisiting traditional recipes, and the ART, used for collabs with other breweries.

Grzegorz Ziemian (Browar Stu Mostow). “So I came back home and said to Arletta “Let’s open a brewery!”. She looked at me in a strange way but she also laughed. “Are you crazy? A brewery? Do you know how to brew properly? Do we have enough funds?” It was kind of in a joking way, but also a little bit serious.”
