Cierzo about

Cierzo is a Spanish brewery founded in 2018 by Sergio Ruiz. Sergio already had extensive experience, first as a homebrewer and then as co-founder of the Populus brewery along with David Laguarda. In 2018 they decided to join two other companies from the Aragon region, Hoppy and Gourpass, with the idea of creating a large brewery, and through a crowdfunding they raised the capital necessary to found Cierzo. Their facilities are located in the village of Caspe and they have a brewpub in the centre of Zaragoza.
