De Dolle Browers—translated as the mad brewers—is a Belgian brewery founded in 1980 in Esen (Belgium). It was founded in an abandoned brewery that was build around 1835, and worked as the Costenoble brewery for three generations. Nowadays it is doing historic research on old Belgian breweries and reviving old historical recipes.
