FlyBrew is a gypsy brewery founded in Barcelona in 2019 by Dario and Matteo. Both knew each other from their work as flight attendants, starting to brew as homebrewers already in 2015. Their fruit sours such as Frambuá were already awarded at the Barcelona Beer Festival in 2019.
