Klompen & Chapela is a salted bourbon infused smoked imperial saison-wine-ish from Laugar and De Molen. It has a very alcoholic aroma with whisky, wine, malty notes, red fruits and wooden notes. Taste is complex, with wine on top followed by red fruits, whisky, vanilla, bourbon and woody ans smokey notes and a well hidden alcohol.

Saison style can have different appearances—pale or dark—and strenght—table, standard or super—, but generally it is a refreshing and low ABV beer with a high carbonation. It can have complex aromas, with fruits or spices, and the flavor also have that attributes, with a almost non-noticiable alcohol and always a dry finish.
