Studio Oedipus 15 is a Doppelbock from a collab between Spanish Brewery Laugar and Dutch brewery Oedipus. It is a strong and alcoholic doppelbock, with plenty of fruity and roasty notes in the nose, liquorice, raisins and caramel. Taste is slightly sweet and bitter, with hints of sourness and a very full body.

Doppelbock is a German style from Munich. The name means double bock. It has a very strong maltiness, and no hop aroma or flavor and some fruit character. They have a very full body and a high alcoholic flavour.
