Marz is a brewery based in Chicago (USA). It was created at Maria’s Packaged Goods & Community Bar a bar located in a conflictive district o Chicago. The bar started as a typical joint, but after Maria stepped up and her sons took it they transformed it into one of the best craft beer bars in Chicago. In 2014, Ed Marszewski and some of the bar regulars decided to create Marz. Soon after they moved to an industrial building in Chicago where they set up their brewery.
