Misterio Brewing is a gypsy brewery founded in 2017 by Hugo Freijanes. Hugo started homebrewing while studying Graphic Design in Barcelona. Then he started brewing professionally in Amsterdam while doing a research about yeasts. Afterwards he came back to Galicia and started the brewery. They are focused in sour styles like saison or farmhouse ales.
