10 More Bloody Years tasting notes
10 More Bloody Years is a New England IPA brewed in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Naparbier, brewed in collaboration with Barrier Brewing. They used what and oats for the mash and added a blend of Falconer's Flight and Simcoe hops. It has a tropical and citrus nose, with some herbal hints. Taste is light and fruity, with a not alcoholic feeling and a very smooth mouthfeel.
NEIPA or New England India Pale Ale is one of the more recent styles in the craft beer world. Its characterized by its hazy, turbid, even opaque appearance. Hop flavour is very high, and aromas are fruity and tropical. It has a smooth and juicy character. Compared to an American IPA, a NEIPA is more fruity, less bitter and much hazier.
