NIB Brewing is a nomadic brewery founded in 2016 in Madrid by Andrés Gómez and members of Matmor Brewery, La Tienda de la Cerveza and Craft Against the Machine. Matmor was born out of a competition organised by La Tienda de la Cerveza and El Jardín del Lúpulo, where a first IPA emerged. From there, they decided to create the brand to market this and other beers. Its name is an acronym for Non Industrial Beers, although it is also a tribute to Black Sabbath.
