Rio Azul is a brewery founded in 2017 by Eloy del Rio in Seville, Spain. Eloy had already opened several restaurants in Seville, among them the Maquila Bar, the first brewpub in the city and considered the best brewpub in Spain in 2015. From that experience, he decided to start brewing, first as a gypsy brewer, and later with his own brewery in which he has a large taproom where various cultural activities are also held.
