Rodenbach is a Belgian brewery founded in 1821 by Pedro Rodenbach and his brothers. Pedro was a war veteran that took part in Napoleon campaigns and in the 1830 Belgian revolution. First the brewery was shared among the four brothers (Pedro, Alexander, Ferdinand and Constantijn), but after it was taken over by Pedro and his wife Regina Wauters. They are famous for their blends of old and young ale, and they are also yeast suppliers to other famous Belgian breweries as De Dolle and Westvleteren.
