Santocristo is a Spanish brewery founded in Ourense in 2012 by Raúl Merino, Carlos Pérez, Nuria Seoane, and Sergio Pérez. The four were high school classmates and started homebrewing together before taking the step to professionalism, finally going public in 2014. They are known for their chestnut beers, as well as their stouts.
