Kasper tasting notes
Bidassoa Basque Brewery Kasper is a landbier commemorating Michael Kasper, german historician who promoted a Peace March. It is a typical german landbier with moderate aromas from hops and malts and a sweet taste with banana hints, cereals and yeast with a bitter finish. Very refreshing and drinkable!
Landbier—a term that also includes some variants like Zwickel and Kellerbier—is a dark country lager originary from Franconia, in Germany. It is an unfiltered lager with a malty pressence—not as intense as in a bock—and moderate hoppy bitterness.
