Oso Brew is a brewery founded in 2018 in Madrid by David Ross and Patrick Tuck who have recently been joined by the former Garage Beer head brewer Joe Gallimore. They two knew each other from their Erasmus year in Madrid in 2007, when they fell in love with the city. In their logo and name there is a bear, symbol of Madrid. Both started out as homebrewers, and Patrick would later work for four years at the English brewery Anspach & Hobday. Their beginnings in Madrid were as gypsies, selling cans in the Vallehermoso market, and now they are installed in the bar La Osita, in the neighbourhood of La Latina.
