Slim Pickens is a Cider and Mead brewer fouded by Todd Strauss, former brewer at Cigar City. He started producing Cider at Brewski´s in Sweden due to the quality of fruit in Europe, but afterwards it has also been produced in USA and UK. Each of his labels are usually dedicated to a particular person—like Sharon, Todd´s Mother, or Anne Lunell, a Swedish coffee co-owner that Todd met in the beginnings of the company.
